Shipping and Payment

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: United Kingdom, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Denmark, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Kazakhstan.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge shipping costs at a flat rate of €3.49 per order. From an order value of 70,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:

Prices are viewable during the ordering process.

Delivery times:

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) within 2-3 days, for foreign deliveries within 5-14 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you.

In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered. In the case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Extended delivery time: The item is currently in the import process. Depending on the status, this may mean that the product is already on its way to us or that it is still in distribution at the manufacturer.

The delivery time can therefore unfortunately vary - normally the product should have a delivery time of a few weeks. For detailed information please send a message via the contact form.
